Positive: Spacious apartment in a residential area. If you have a hire car, it's a good location to be based at. 25 minutes walk to the harbour.
Negative: You need to supply your own cleaning products, tea towels etc. Though it wasn't an issue for us, there aren't any condiments (salt, pepper etc) either. That could be a health and safety issue.though. Also, the pool is closed throughout winter, which were not informed of.

Positive: the apartment was very nice and comfortable, with a smart TV. a lot of food delivery apps reach the place. theres a resturant in walking distance but we didnt try it, also a snall kiosk in walking distance. pretty pool too.
Negative: the staff on the app failed to inform us the bus to the area comes once an hour and we ended up having to walk in the dark through the neighborhood with our luggage for 30 minuts or stand in a dark station for 50 minuts. it was very scary. also it would be nice to have buttled water, coffee or milk but it's not a big deal.

Positive: We stayed at Iris Village in Paphos and had such a great time as a family. The location was perfect – close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The pool was amazing, clean, and great for both kids and adults.The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. Communication with the hosts was excellent – they were super friendly and always quick to respond, which made everything so easy.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt at home. It’s a lovely place that’s perfect for families, and we’d definitely love to come back!

Positive: The apartment is clean and properly equipped with everything you need even for long stays. We enjoyed the swimming pool as it was not crowded at all. Also I liked that the air conditioning in the bedroom is really silent and you can keep it on while you sleep without any disturbance.

Positive: The property is well maintained and the flat pretty well equipped. The pool area is very pretty and was completely empty when we were there. Parking was easy and the neighborhood felt completely safe and comfortable.
Negative: Even though it is in walking distance from restaurants, it was a bit far to walk back and forth multiple times a day. I think that a vacation rental that includes a washing machine should provide laundry detergent for short term visitors even if the property were to sell individual laundry pods would be better than having to purchase an entire package at a store. A bottle of cold water and beach towels (even if for rent) would be a nice touch for short term visitors.

Negative: Everything was fine with the apartment, the upper neighbours were a bit noisy in the evenings, like noisy steps and other knocking noises but this is not the host's fault of course
